Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Management Trainee position is based in Tuas and involves hands-on learning across various facets of maritime and industrial safety. The trainee will support daily operations, assist with project management tasks, and gain insight into the sector's specific challenges and protocols.

Qualifications and Skills

• Know-how in project management and operational support functions
• Strong skills in analysis and problem resolution
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Capability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure work setting
• Familiarity with maritime or industrial safety standards is advantageous
