We are looking for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to oversee routine maintenance and upkeep of our residential communities in various locations across Dublin, including the Canvas site. Responsibilities involve general repairs, ensuring health and safety compliance, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for residents. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general maintenance on buildings, including apartments, communal zones, plant rooms, and outdoor areas to a high standard.
  • Identify and address maintenance issues promptly through the site's electronic maintenance platform.
  • Carry out fundamental tasks including plumbing, carpentry, painting/decorating, minor electrical repairs, and general handyman activities.
