Maintenance Team Associate

Position Overview

This role involves engaging in a systematic maintenance cleaning program aimed at controlling costs while ensuring the shopping and work environments remain clean and secure.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Stocking 3 Coach and collaborate with team members to maintain a thorough cleaning schedule.
• Adhere strictly to Food Safety regulations and cold chain protocols.
• Perform prompt cleaning tasks covering all Fresh Departments, including refrigeration units, freezers, and product display fixtures.
• Help inspect maintenance and cleaning equipment to verify proper functionality and manage inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Ensure workplace safety by completing all necessary in-store certification training and following company policies and procedures.
• When needed, perform floor maintenance including mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and carpet care across all non-sales floor areas.

Compensation

The starting wage for this position is $18.05 per hour.
