Key responsibilities

• Own defect-elimination activities, including root cause analysis and follow-up on corrective actions.
• Keep regular maintenance routines and review cycles running smoothly to identify and resolve issues early.
• Partner with teams across operations and technical functions to lift maintenance and operational performance.
• Use SAP to manage work, improve planning effectiveness, and maintain compliance.
• Assess condition monitoring information and turn findings into preventative maintenance actions.
• Analyse work processes, master data, and system gaps to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Help refine and improve maintenance strategies for assets and equipment.
• Offer technical guidance to maintenance personnel so work is completed safely and to a high standard.
• Prepare, implement, and verify work plans that protect the integrity of plant, equipment, and infrastructure.

What you need to succeed

• A trade background in mechanical or electrical fields, or an equivalent qualification.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, especially in work management and planning.
• Prior experience in maintenance planning, reliability, or a related role.
• Exposure to BMA processes will be viewed favourably.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical ability, with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Good relationship-building skills across operational and technical stakeholders.
• Willingness and availability to work a site-based 5/2 roster.
