Maintenance Executive

Job Summary

As a Maintenance Executive, you will be responsible for conducting scheduled preventive maintenance and addressing any faults to keep equipment and facilities functioning optimally. The role includes providing hands-on maintenance support across different outlets and performing additional duties as required by supervisors.

Working Hours

The position follows a 5.5-day work week schedule with one standby weekend duty each month.

Job Duties

• Execute routine preventive maintenance tasks according to established schedules.
• Provide on-site maintenance assistance to various outlet locations.
• Complete claims processing and submit reports for maintenance work accomplished.
• Carry out any other maintenance-related tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of a Tradesman certificate from BCA or an equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in a relevant maintenance role will be an advantage.
• Candidates without prior experience but demonstrating a keen willingness to learn will also be considered.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Willingness to travel to locations accessible by MRT.
