Job Overview

As a Logistics Supervisor for AMET Operations based in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, your role involves inspiring and leading a team to achieve productivity targets aligned with the company’s objectives. You will oversee attendance, workflow, and collaborate with the Shift Manager to address and resolve operational issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily departmental operations and tasks.
• Distribute work assignments among associates to support workflow and meet daily production KPIs and goals.
• Conduct team briefings, deliver performance feedback, perform floor audits, and inspect vehicles.
• Facilitate training and skill development for new team members.
• Track, analyze, and report departmental metrics maintained by associates.
• Investigate factors influencing success and challenges in achieving delivery and fulfillment center KPIs.
• Handle scheduling, working hours tracking, and related reporting.
• Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as necessary.
• Enhance the movement and processing of products throughout the station.
• Identify safety risks and actively participate in safety programs.
• Comprehensively understand workflow, daily production goals, and workforce presence.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in team management.
• Familiarity with planning, performance metrics, and process improvements.

• Background in logistics operations.
• Experience with data analysis techniques.
