Role Overview
The Listing Creation Specialist is responsible for generating and maintaining precise product listings and catalogs to support business operations. This role involves collaborating with various teams to manage product information, resolving queries related to shipments and inbound logistics, and ensuring ongoing catalog quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update accurate product listings and catalogs.
- Handle inquiries concerning products, shipments, and inbound processes.
- Assist in onboarding partners, including delivering system training sessions.
- Work closely with internal teams to coordinate catalog creation and product imaging efforts.
- Continuously monitor catalog quality, identifying and suggesting process enhancements.
- Compile and submit reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Minimum Requirements
- Proficient in both written and spoken English language.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel for data handling.
- Experience in process improvement initiatives and back-office operational roles.
- Exceptional attention to detail paired with solid problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with data tools and concepts including SQL, Power BI, Tableau, SAS, SSRS, or ETL/Data Warehouse.
- Experience in managing escalations and troubleshooting technical or operational issues.
