Role overview
P3 Charity is seeking a Link Worker to provide one-to-one, intensive support to people facing homelessness, complex lifestyles, substance misuse, or issues linked to criminal justice involvement that make access to housing difficult. The role is based in Weston-Super-Mare and involves office-based work with regular travel.
Working pattern
This is a full-time position of 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
What you will do
You will work alongside each person to create a tailored action plan built in partnership with them, offering practical and personalised support that reflects P3’s values and principles.

Its services include homelessness prevention, supported housing, mental health support, community advice, hoarding support, and support for young people. The organisation takes a person-centred, collaborative approach and focuses on strengthening communities, unlocking potential, and creating opportunities.
Additional requirements
The successful applicant must have a full UK driving licence. The role is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check, with the cost covered by P3.
