Role Overview

This permanent full-time position involves leading the design and implementation of lifestyle programs that improve the engagement and wellness of residents. You'll oversee meaningful activities, assist lifestyle personnel, and ensure activities are customized according to residents' individual preferences and care plans.

What You'll Bring

• Preferably hold a Certificate IV in Leisure and Health
• Prior experience in lifestyle coordination, recreation, or wellbeing initiatives
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities
• Leadership skills coupled with the capacity to support a team
• A person-centered approach to care and engagement

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage between $39.13 and $40.58 plus 12% superannuation
