Role Overview
The Leasing Consultant position is a full-time, in-office role based in Doha. The incumbent will guide potential clients through leasing residential and commercial properties by assessing their needs, showcasing appropriate options, performing property tours, and clearly explaining applicable lease terms. Responsibilities include preparing and overseeing lease documentation while ensuring adherence to company standards and local legal requirements.
The role also entails coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth tenant move-ins and property handovers, as well as focusing on resident retention through strong tenant relationship management and prompt client support. Continuous market monitoring and maintaining accurate leasing records are essential to support occupancy and revenue objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Comprehensive understanding of lease agreements and lease administration processes, including drafting and management.
- Proven experience in tenant retention and relationship management to ensure sustained occupancy rates.
- Excellent communication and customer service proficiency capable of engaging a diverse client base professionally.
- Good grasp of local Doha real estate market dynamics, leasing workflows, and foundational property management.
- Familiarity with CRM or property management systems alongside standard office software.
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic are advantageous.
- Prior experience in real estate leasing, sales, or customer-facing roles significantly preferred.
- Capability to operate on-site, handle multiple inquiries simultaneously, and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, ethical conduct, and a client-centric approach.
