About the Organization
The Gateway Region YMCA is a prominent nonprofit in the St. Louis metropolitan area dedicated to fostering the development of children and teens, enhancing health and wellness, and serving the local community. With over 170 years of service, the YMCA operates 25 traditional facilities across multiple counties in Missouri and Illinois, along with specialized branches and camps, impacting more than 260,000 individuals yearly. Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee all professional development events hosted by the Leadership Development Department, including administration of the Learning Hub system.
- Support enrollment, update course details, and finalize training sessions within the Learning Hub.
- Collaborate with managers to coordinate additional YMCA-USA training opportunities.
- Act as the Gateway Region YMCA's Learning Champion, promoting training initiatives and communicating availability to employees.
- Prepare training materials, arrange catering for trainers and attendees, and manage room logistics for training setup and teardown.
- Administer staff satisfaction and engagement surveys using Qualtrics software, including survey design, scheduling, distribution, and reporting.
- Develop personalized survey reports and dashboards for leadership stakeholders.
- Coordinate monthly new employee orientation sessions for full-time employees; assist branch leaders with part-time orientation logistics, including administration through UKG system.
- Manage communications such as the bi-monthly Leadership Development newsletter "Training Tuesday," including content creation, editing, and distribution via HubSpot.
- Serve as system administrator for LinkedIn Learning, managing user licenses, encouraging usage, and curating tailored learning pathways.
- Support the Senior Director in organizing biannual all-staff conferences, handling vendor contracts, scheduling, material preparation, event setup, payment processing, and expense tracking.
- Undertake additional assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- At least two years of pertinent experience in survey development, data analysis, visualization, reporting, or leadership development is preferred.
- Familiarity with survey software and concepts including qualitative and quantitative data analysis and metrics such as satisfaction scores and NPS.
- Related background in leadership development, training, learning, or staff and consumer engagement is advantageous.
- Proficient with standard business software and office equipment.
