The role of Learning & Development Manager is instrumental in guiding and nurturing team member growth through tailored development plans and training opportunities, while advising the leadership on strategies to enhance employee skills impacting customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a role model to team members and oversee their developmental journey.
• Create, implement, and monitor individual development plans to foster learning.
• Organize various training programs to provide learning and development opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Property Leadership Team to recommend improvements in team skills and capabilities that support customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Hotel Management.
• A minimum of three years experience in a learning-related function.
• Proven experience in adult education or related fields.
• Able to manage and work efficiently with culturally diverse teams.
• Prior exposure to hotel operations is advantageous.
• Self-driven with an ability to deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines.
• Excellent facilitation skills with the capability to present and conduct training programs effectively.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Competent in project and process management with analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong execution and follow-up skills.
