About the Role
This consultancy position is designed for an experienced Learning & Development professional seeking greater autonomy and impact. You will lead strategic leadership initiatives while enjoying freedom and ownership in your work approach. The role comes with comprehensive systems, training, mentorship, and support to help you build an executive-level consulting practice focused on leadership and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Initiate and engage in professional conversations with individuals interested in personal growth or leadership development.
- Conduct structured introductory and discovery meetings to assess goals, motivation, and readiness for development pathways.
- Guide new participants through onboarding and provide development support via training and mentorship.
- Participate collaboratively in weekly international leadership strategy sessions with experienced professionals.
Requirements
- Minimum seven years of professional experience in learning & development, leadership development, training, coaching, HR, talent development, education, or related people-focused roles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills tailored for senior-level professional interactions.
- Demonstrated passion for facilitating growth and helping others take responsibility for their professional and personal development.
- Ability to work independently with accountability for your activities and outcomes.
- A proactive mindset with a desire for autonomy, innovation, and connecting effort directly to results.
Professional Structure and Terms
- Compensation is results-driven, reflecting direct performance outcomes without a fixed corporate cap.
