Role Summary

Position Description

The Learning & Development Coordinator role is ideal for someone who has instructional and program management expertise combined with practical pharmacy operations experience. The coordinator designs and implements comprehensive training programs for employees and clients to effectively utilize HendrenAI's platform. This includes onboarding new hires, enabling product knowledge, and educating customers. A background as a pharmacy technician is vital, as it enables translating clinical and operational pharmacy realities into impactful training that resonates with end users like pharmacy staff and health teams.

Core Duties

• Create, update, and oversee training programs including onboarding, product enablement, and role-specific learning paths.
• Produce diverse learning materials such as courses, articles, manuals, job aids, videos, and webinars to clarify the platform’s applications.
• Manage scheduling, participation tracking, and the overall learning calendar for training sessions.
• Administer the learning management system and ensure training content remains current with product updates.
• Translate pharmacy workflows and clinical information into accessible, practical training content reflecting real-world pharmacy operations.
• Collaborate with product, customer success, and sales teams to maintain alignment of enablement content with the latest product features and benefits.
• Collect learner feedback, assess training effectiveness, and drive continuous improvements.
• Support educational initiatives aimed at helping customers adopt the platform confidently.
• Maintain an organized repository of training documentation and knowledge resources.
• Document internal best practices into scalable and repeatable training materials.

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a pharmacy technician (certification preferred) with hands-on exposure to pharmacy operations and workflows.
• At least two years in roles related to learning and development, training, enablement, or education, including pharmacy training and onboarding.
• Proficiency in creating engaging learning content in written, visual, and video formats.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage various programs and deadlines.
• Adaptability to work remotely in a fast-moving environment and quick learning of new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential.
• Familiarity with pharmacy management software (Liberty/RedSail) or EHR platforms (Epic, athenahealth).
• Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning development tools like Articulate, Rise, or Camtasia.
• Background in healthcare, health technology, or SaaS training roles.
• Understanding of healthcare compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, SOC 2, and HITECH.
• Experience developing training programs within early or growth-stage companies.
