Job Overview

As a Lead Manufacturing Technician at Honeywell, you will oversee a team and provide expert technical guidance to ensure efficient engineering operations within the MSC business unit. Your role will be pivotal in advancing project completion and contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Possess thorough knowledge of electrical, electronic, and instrumentation principles.
• Manage daily production activities focusing on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and meeting production targets aligned with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
• Participate in integrated system servicing and design for final products.
• Drive performance metrics to ensure on-time delivery and actively prevent technical issues.
• Provide support to resolve production challenges, delivering innovative technical solutions for customers.
• Implement Quality Assurance protocols to maintain defect-free hardware and software for field delivery.
• Comply with local industry codes, standards, and Honeywell's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience on production lines.
• Proficient in using SAP systems.
• Ability to inspect and monitor raw materials and procurement processes.
