Role Purpose

The role is focused on acting as a dedicated internal Data & BI representative in India to support the EMEA regional business teams across all Data and BI-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support BI and Data platform applications (approx. 20% time allocation)
• Oversee the BI and Data Platform support queue and ensure solutions meet SLAs (20%)
• Engage and collaborate with business units on diverse data topics (20%)
• Identify areas for improvement and streamline support processes, including performance optimizations (20%)
• Gather and analyze business requirements and author specifications to guide product development (20%)

Qualifications and Experience

• Proficient with Microsoft SQL Server technologies including SSIS, SSAS, Data Warehousing, and Power BI
• Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks, and Azure Synapse is preferred
• Strong capabilities in reading code and supporting applications, reports, and associated processes
• Experienced in guiding and mentoring BI Support Engineers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (email and phone), and listening skills
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Experience supporting global business operations is advantageous

This position is located in Bengaluru, India, and is aligned with servicing the EMEA region business teams.
