Role Overview
The Lead Data Analyst will focus on generating actionable business and product insights via comprehensive data analysis. This role demands specialization in guiding teams and clients by formulating and advising on optimal business strategies and methodologies to tackle crucial business challenges effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct business research and run experiments to identify optimization opportunities within processes and systems, aiming to enhance overall business performance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert driving improvements through data-driven recommendations.
Required Skills and Expertise
- Strong expertise in business analytics, data representation, and crafting reports that effectively communicate insights to leadership and other stakeholders.
- Proficient in SQL database management and advanced data manipulation techniques.
- Hands-on experience with data analytics and business analytics tools, with a solid grasp of A/B testing methodologies and key business performance metrics.
- Working knowledge of Python is considered a significant advantage.
- Experience with emerging open-source data visualization tools such as Power BI, Domo, or equivalent platforms for creating engaging visual and verbal presentations.
Additional Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with contact center channels, digital products, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Exposure to conversational AI optimization across voice and digital mediums.
- Experience in direct client interaction and managing web-based data.
