Role Overview
As a Lead Associate in Business Finance at Myntra, you will be integral in steering the financial processes that underpin business success. Bringing 1-3 years of relevant experience, you will offer insightful financial analysis, support strategic planning, and operational execution to foster growth and enhance profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of vital business drivers and conduct financial metric analysis to provide value-adding insights supporting the supply chain unit.
- Build budget models by establishing key performance indicators and calculating run rates.
- Assist in crafting the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) along with quarterly and monthly cost forecasting for your designated area.
- Spot opportunities for operational enhancements through in-depth data analysis and evaluation of cost structures and business prospects.
- Monitor key performance indicators and financial results, promptly reporting any deviations from planned targets.
- Contribute to month-end closing activities and reviews.
- Prepare detailed presentations for high-level management reviews.
- Manage complex, urgent ad hoc requests by delivering appropriate analysis and commentary to aid decision-making.
- Lead or collaborate in initiatives aimed at standardizing and automating processes to improve efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
Ideal candidates possess 1 to 3 years of experience in finance or related fields, with a strong analytical mindset and proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
