We are seeking a full-time Laboratory Manager (Laborleiter) to join our team immediately at DELABO.GROUP GmbH in Neckargemünd, Baden-Württemberg. This role involves active participation in work preparation, overseeing quality and final inspections, managing personnel, and maintaining customer relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Hands-on involvement in preparing and organizing work processes.
- Control and assurance of quality and final product inspections.
- Leadership and management of laboratory staff.
- Serving as a point of contact for customers.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Qualified dental technician master (Zahntechnikermeister) with versatile knowledge.
- Previous leadership experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Genuine interest in the specified duties.
