Overview
Tata Consultancy Services is conducting an in-person interview drive for the position of Kronos Consultant, scheduled on August 1, 2026 (Saturday) in Chennai and Noida. This opportunity is designed to attract experienced professionals skilled in Kronos workforce management solutions.
Job Details
- Position requires 5 to 12 years of practical experience as a Kronos Consultant.
- Expertise in UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly Kronos Dimensions) is essential.
- Strong background in configuring Kronos modules such as Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance, Activities, and Attestation is advantageous.
- Holding a UKG certification and familiarity with Dell Boomi integration platform will be considered a plus.
- Experience in installation and troubleshooting of Kronos Clock Terminals is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
- Proven capability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues involving Kronos and its integration components.
