The Hoxton has launched its inaugural hotel in Ireland, situated in Dublin, a coastal city rich in history, abundant with green parks, and vibrant through its music, art, and dynamic food and drink scene. This new establishment features 129 diverse bedrooms, a lobby bar, a historic bar, a spacious ground floor restaurant and lobby restaurant, as well as a unique nightclub, marking a first for the brand in this city. The team is being assembled to establish this exciting new launch and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Match received products against purchase orders and delivery documents to ensure accuracy.
• Verify all items for correct quantity and weight upon arrival.
• Appropriately store all incoming deliveries within the hotel premises.
• Identify and report any pricing discrepancies between delivery notes and orders.
• Organize delivery notes and invoices with precision and efficiency.
• Carry out monthly inventory audits as well as unannounced spot-checks.
• Maintain clear communication with team members to enable smooth operational flow.
• Adhere strictly to company protocols for waste storage and disposal.
• Ensure upkeep and cleanliness of storage areas and loading bays.
• Comply with all applicable health, safety, and hygiene regulations diligently.
