Role Overview
As a Kitchen Porter, you will be instrumental in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and bar area. Your responsibilities include ensuring dishes, utensils, and equipment are correctly placed and sanitised to uphold high standards of hygiene, fully compliant with HACCP protocols. You will assist with the receipt, inspection, and storage of goods, as well as managing waste disposal and recycling processes efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness of dishwashing area, kitchen, and bar.
- Ensure all dishes, cutlery, and kitchen equipment are sorted and stored properly.
- Follow and uphold rigorous hygiene standards, with thorough knowledge of HACCP guidelines.
- Support the team in receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming goods.
- Handle waste disposal and empty container management effectively.

- Possesses a good sense of humour and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
- Reliable, capable of multitasking, and shows proactive work habits.
- Fluent in English communication.
