Role Overview

We are seeking motivated and disciplined kitchen assistants to prepare and assemble meals while upholding stringent standards for food quality, hygiene, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients in line with daily production plans.
• Cook and assemble dishes following established SOPs and recipes.
• Ensure the consistency of food quality, flavor, and portion sizes.
• Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Clean kitchen tools, equipment, and workspaces regularly.
• Accurately pack customer orders for delivery.
• Assist in managing inventory and stock levels.
• Support senior chefs during peak periods to maintain smooth operations.
• Minimize food wastage and maintain overall kitchen cleanliness.

Candidate Requirements

• Open to both fresh graduates and experienced individuals.
• Basic understanding of kitchen operations preferred.
• Strong willingness to learn and comply with SOPs.
• Good communication and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
• Flexible to work shifts in the morning or evening.

Preferred Skills

• Basic skills in cutting and preparing vegetables.
• Food packing and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation best practices.
• Effective time management and attention to detail.

Work Schedule and Location

The position requires working 9-hour shifts, 6 days a week at the Kasavanahalli, Hosa Road location in Bengaluru. Weekly day offs are rotational.
