Job Summary

We seek a driven Key Account Manager with a solid operational background to join our team. This role focuses on stimulating business expansion through diligent client interaction, effective operational coordination, and strategic planning. Familiarity with the trenchless rehabilitation industry is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new business prospects and industry trends, particularly relating to trenchless rehabilitation.
• Support the formulation of strategic plans to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
• Cultivate and maintain robust client relationships to deeply understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Act as the main liaison for client inquiries and requirements.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Offer insights to improve service quality and optimize processes.
• Help prepare client-specific proposals and presentations aligning with industry standards.
• Assist with documentation and ensure adherence to internal compliance procedures.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of the trenchless rehabilitation industry landscape.
• Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to broaden expertise and build connections.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in key account management, business development, or related client relationship roles.
• Excellent organisational capabilities enabling effective multitasking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team within a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
