Position Overview
We are looking for a Junior Service Agent (m/w/d) to join us full-time or part-time (minimum 75%) at Munich Airport. In this role, you will be a key team member helping passengers with special needs through the check-in process, accompanying them through required security and control points, and assisting until their departure including baggage claim and transportation access like taxis, trains, and rental car counters. Your contribution enables accessible travel experiences while remaining at the heart of airport activities.
Candidate Profile
Successful candidates need not be superheroes but should have empathy and a contagious smile. Patience and strong interpersonal skills are essential, as well as willingness to work in shifts. Fluency in German and English and basic computer skills are required. Candidates must have a clean criminal record.
