Role Overview

The position of Junior Research Analyst, located on-site in Singapore, is a full-time role centered on collecting and interpreting data from diverse sources. The incumbent will perform market and product research, distill complex data into concise and actionable insights for various internal teams, and contribute to the upkeep and development of knowledge maps with precise source verification through accurate citations. Responsibilities also include generating reports and presentations, supporting cross-team collaboration to align on research objectives, preserving detailed documentation, and aiding continuous enhancement of research methodologies and tools at Atlas Workspace.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Strong analytical capabilities coupled with firm grounding in statistics to support effective data examination.
• Competency in market research methodologies and general research to gather, interpret, and integrate data succinctly.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling clear and effective presentation of findings both verbally and in writing.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Business, Economics, Data Science, Social Sciences, or related fields is advantageous.
• Familiarity with spreadsheet software, data visualization platforms, or introductory analytic tools enhances performance.
