Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complete project lifecycles from defining scope, planning, executing, testing, to implementation.
  • Ensure project outcomes are consistent with CACI's strategy, partner needs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Deliver projects punctually, within budget, and upholding quality standards.
  • Engage and coordinate with international banking and financial services partners, including European distribution collaborators and third-party administrators.
  • Work closely with internal departments such as Compliance, Risk, Data, Operations, Finance, and IT to guarantee smooth project delivery.
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned projects, facilitating clear communication and unified objectives.
  • Lead governance including steering committee management, stakeholder reporting, and risk oversight.
  • Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Maintain comprehensive and current project documentation and financial records.
  • Organize training and onboarding related to new tools, products, and partner engagements.
  • Support organizational change management to promote readiness and adoption of initiatives.
