About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, verify, and organize data from diverse sources to maintain accuracy and uniformity.

• Develop routine reports, dashboards, and visual data presentations for stakeholders and management teams.
• Help build and update business intelligence reports along with key performance metrics.
• Contribute to data-driven decision-making by offering insightful analysis and recommendations.
• Track and monitor KPIs to evaluate ongoing business performance.
• Conduct ad hoc data analyses to support operational, financial, marketing, and strategic projects.
• Work collaboratively with cross-departmental teams to comprehend reporting requirements and business objectives.
• Maintain data quality and adherence to data governance policies and standards.
• Assist in automating reporting processes and enhancing data collection efficiencies.
• Document data origins, analytical methodologies, and reporting workflows for transparency and consistency.

Requirements

• Fundamental understanding of data analytics, statistics, and reporting methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, capable with formulas, pivot tables, charts, and general data manipulation.
• Preferred experience with SQL for querying databases and data extraction.
• Familiarity with visualization software like Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar platforms is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a beneficial plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, critical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
• Effective communication skills enabling clear presentation of analytical findings.
• Ability to handle competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
• A degree or diploma in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines is preferred.
