Working Hours and Location
The position is based onsite in Waltenhofen, with working hours from Monday to Thursday 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday from 7:00 AM to 1:15 PM.
Role Overview
The Junior Controller role is offered in both part-time and full-time capacities, involving crucial contributions to financial controlling functions within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
- Support the monthly reporting process including variance analysis between actual and planned figures.
- Prepare, analyze, and comment on key financial performance indicators.
- Contribute to the creation of monthly presentations for stakeholders.
- Serve as the point of contact for different company branches for ad-hoc analyses and data requests.
- Coordinate with internal departments across the company to ensure data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
- Assist in forecast and budget planning activities.
- Maintain and update master data and cost center mappings.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
- Relevant professional experience in controlling, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with DATEV is required and SAP knowledge is advantageous.
- Strong affinity and enthusiasm for working with numbers.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
- Good command of English both spoken and written.
- Excellent communication skills across different organizational levels.
- Team-oriented, flexible, dependable, and detail-conscious personality.
