Role Overview

The Junior Contract Administrator will collaborate closely with a seasoned Contract Administrator and the Project Team to support the successful execution of major residential construction projects. This role provides comprehensive exposure to the contract administration process and serves as an excellent foundation for someone aiming to build a long-term career in construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with processing invoices, variations, and progress claims
• Support management of subcontractors and suppliers
• Help with project administration tasks and reporting requirements
• Utilize advanced construction management systems
• Provide general assistance to the project delivery team

Candidate Profile

• Possess or currently pursuing a qualification in Construction Management
• Trade experience with relevant construction background considered an advantage
• Experience or exposure to commercial or residential building projects
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
• A positive, collaborative team-oriented mindset

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary package ranging from $60,000 to $90,000 per annum plus superannuation
