Junior Business Systems Analyst

About the Role

Join a fast-growing construction enterprise as a Junior Business Analyst, playing a critical role in delivering technical and functional IT solutions. The position focuses on planning, designing, developing, and implementing User Interface (UI), data visualization, and AI platforms such as Microsoft Power BI, IBM Maximo, and Oracle EBS. The analyst will evaluate user requirements to define technical, programmatic, and functional specifications, ensuring alignment with organizational roadmaps and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze user needs to specify technical and functional requirements.
• Document and communicate system specifications and processes.
• Collaborate with teams on solution design and development.
• Create prototypes and participate in technology selection.
• Oversee solution development and assist project management efforts.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in business analysis and deploying IT projects.
• Proficiency with UI, data visualization, and AI platforms, specifically Microsoft Power BI, IBM Maximo, and Oracle EBS.
• Strong analytical aptitude for evaluating user needs and documenting technical requirements.
• Excellent communication, DevOps, product management, and project management skills.
