Junior Broker Support

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-focused and driven Junior Broker Support professional to join the team in Riyadh. This role is a strong entry point for someone interested in developing a career in reinsurance. Prior background in insurance or reinsurance is not necessary, as full training will be provided.

What You Will Do

• Assist brokers with placing facultative and treaty reinsurance business for clients.
• Serve as a primary liaison for clients and reinsurers by handling queries and helping process premium debit notes and claim settlement requests efficiently.
• Work with brokers and account executives to prepare treaty renewal submissions.
• Draft and complete contractual wording for clients and reinsurers with supervision from brokers and account executives.
• Prepare endorsements and addenda for contracts when needed.
• Enter renewal details, key placement milestones, and projected revenue into internal tracking tools accurately.
• Keep placement records complete, well-organized, and properly archived for audit and compliance requirements.
• Load risk data into company systems and produce Evidence of Cover documents.
• Support client and reinsurer onboarding in coordination with the Head of Compliance.
• Follow all internal procedures, policies, and regulatory obligations during the placement cycle.
• Develop and maintain professional working relationships with clients, reinsurers, and internal teams.
• Partner with the accounting team to review and assist with complex reinsurance transactions.
• Take on additional administrative tasks and project support as assigned.

Candidate Profile

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, Economics, Accounting, or a similar field is preferred.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong command of both Arabic and English, spoken and written.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to handle several priorities at once and work to deadlines.
• Professional, adaptable, and willing to learn within the reinsurance field.
