Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a (Junior) Assistant to join our Business Unit Impuls on a part-time basis, working approximately 16 hours per week (42%). The starting date for this position is July 2026.
Key Duties
- Coordinate and implement cross-departmental tasks and projects.
- Ensure efficient administrative processes in daily operations.
- Support department leadership with operational and organizational tasks, including planning conferences.
- Assist in preparing analyses and statistics related to sales, competition, and market trends, ensuring ongoing alignment with current customer and company situations in close cooperation with Key Account Managers.
- Support Key Account teams with customer projects such as CDP, checkout, shelf, and customer flow analyses, as well as assist department leaders with internal and cross-departmental projects.
- Independently create charts and presentations that serve as discussion material for client meetings and internal presentations.
- Collaborate across Business Units with various interface teams.
Candidate Requirements
- Relevant professional experience, preferably in sales.
- Strong analytical skills coupled with excellent numerical comprehension.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of English.
- Effective self-organization abilities.
- High reliability and a cooperative, friendly interaction style.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from 57,000 to 63,000 EUR annually, inclusive of the 13th-month salary and vacation pay. The exact compensation will be determined based on your qualifications and experience. This position is classified under tariff group I of the collective wage agreement for the confectionery industry in the state of Hesse.
