Junior Accountant

About the Role

Perfect Balance Rehabilitation Center L.L.C. seeks a Junior Accountant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, onsite position offers a monthly salary up to AED 3500 during the first six months, dependent on qualifications and experience, with a performance review thereafter.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions accurately within the accounting system.
• Maintain and organize all accounting documentation and financial records systematically.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Support accounts payable and receivable functions to ensure timely processing.
• Help manage payroll processing and perform reconciliations as necessary.
• Manage petty cash and reconcile balances regularly.
• Coordinate activities related to insurance claims and Revenue Cycle Management.
• Assist with UAE VAT returns, including reconciliations, compliance, and corporate tax filing requirements.
• Undertake additional finance and accounting tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, and organization.
• Excellent time management and ability to work independently under deadlines.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks is favorable.
• Experience in healthcare accounting, insurance claims, or Revenue Cycle Management is advantageous.
