Role Overview

Jio is seeking a motivated Jio Point Lead to oversee and expand channel operations within the assigned catchment area in Chhibramau, Uttar Pradesh. This key role focuses on driving business growth, managing retail outlets, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a team to deliver superior operational results.

Key Responsibilities

• Expand channel presence effectively within the designated territory.
• Supervise and assess the performance of retail outlets in the catchment region.
• Meet acquisition and revenue goals through inbound and outbound initiatives.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of all Jio Points located inside Jio Centres.
• Take accountability for the success of preferred outlets in the territory.
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience is delivered at all Jio Points.
• Maintain strict hygiene standards and governance at Jio Points.
• Oversee productivity and efficiency of the team.
• Conduct regular monitoring, assessment, and training for team members and channel partners.

Candidate Qualifications and Skills

• Graduation is mandatory; an MBA degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated work experience between 4 to 6 years relevant to the role.
• Familiar with the territory and market dynamics.
• Possess strong distribution and people management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow and enforce structured processes effectively.
