Your Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for IT support inquiries within the company.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking problems efficiently to support staff activities.
  • Configure and install servers, laptops, desktops across Windows, MacOS, and Linux platforms.
  • Set up peripherals such as monitors, keyboards, and docking stations for users.
  • Manage user onboarding and offboarding processes including account creation and hardware setup.
  • Provide support for audio and visual equipment during meetings and presentations.
  • Maintain up-to-date IT documentation covering procedures and common troubleshooting steps.
  • Organize modifications to software and hardware including moves, adds, and changes.
  • Administer user accounts and permissions to ensure proper access controls.
  • Assist in installing and testing new applications, enhancements, and bug fixes.
  • Conduct inventory control and periodic hardware audits.
  • Monitor systems for alerts and minor incidents, escalating critical issues appropriately.
  • Participate in occasional weekend IT duties or off-hours technical tasks as required.

Qualifications and Experience
