Role overview
This is a full-time, onsite opening in Australia for an entry-level IT Support Officer. The position suits someone who is enthusiastic about technology, enjoys fixing technical issues, and wants to build a career in a busy, team-oriented environment.

Key responsibilities
- Deliver initial support for issues involving hardware, software, and general system use.
- Set up and help maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and related peripherals.
- Investigate technical problems and close support requests promptly.
- Install, configure, and keep operating systems and business software up to date.
- Assist with user access, account administration, permission changes, and password resets.
- Monitor IT systems and flag areas where processes or performance can be improved.
- Keep clear and accurate records of support work and technical procedures.
- Work with internal stakeholders to maintain reliable IT service and a positive user experience.
Requirements
- Foundational knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and basic networking.
- Working familiarity with Windows, Microsoft 365, and standard business applications.
- Strong ability to diagnose problems and work through technical issues.
- Clear communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Open to learning new tools and adapting to changing technical needs.
- Ability to organize tasks effectively and work both independently and as part of a team.
