IT Support Engineer (Endpoint User Computing / Desktop Support)

Overview

MegaTech Live IT Services seeks a proficient IT Support Engineer specializing in Endpoint User Computing and Desktop Support for a full-time onsite role based in Frankfurt, Germany, with immediate joining. The position offers a monthly salary of 4300 EUR.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-premises technical support for desktops, laptops, and related peripheral devices.
• Manage device deployment processes, including imaging, configuration, and troubleshooting tasks.
• Assist in user onboarding and offboarding procedures alongside workstation setups.
• Troubleshoot endpoint hardware and essential network connectivity issues such as VPN, Wi-Fi, and LAN.
• Coordinate with global IT teams and third-party vendors to resolve technical challenges.
• Adhere to ITIL best practices and maintain agreed service level commitments.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Possess 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in EUC or desktop support environments.
• Strong familiarity with Windows 10 and 11 operating systems along with Microsoft 365 suite (notably Outlook and Teams).
• Proficient in managing Active Directory, SCCM, and Microsoft Intune platforms.
• Technical expertise in hardware repairs, device imaging, and deployment methods.
• Good foundational knowledge of networking principles including VPNs, Wi-Fi, and local area networks.
• Excellent troubleshooting capabilities paired with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Native-level proficiency in German and good command of English communication skills.
• Candidates must be located in Germany and authorized to work without employer sponsorship.
