Overview
Join a leading global hospitality company as an IT Manager, where your work will brighten guests' days by delivering outstanding technological support at multiple hotel locations. This role involves driving IT strategies and managing system performance to ensure a smooth, secure, and efficient experience for both guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and deployment of IT strategies across several properties aligned with organizational goals, collaborating with regional technology leadership.
- Optimize network servers and LAN system performance by monitoring, diagnosing issues, overseeing upgrades, and performing preventative maintenance to maintain security and compliance.
- Address technical issues including those related to personal computers, software applications, and network connectivity, while also training users for improved technological experiences.
- Ensure all IT infrastructure meets corporate standards, including compliance with Hilton Technology Network certifications and managing shared resources and backup protocols.
- Coordinate major technology projects such as refreshing hardware, installing Wi-Fi, PBX, and point-of-sale systems, maintaining timelines, budgets, and minimizing disruptions.
- Partner with hotel management to maintain continuous IT operations and troubleshoot problems promptly to limit disruptions.
- Recruit, develop, and lead the IT team by providing coaching, evaluations, and career growth opportunities to foster a high-performing unit.
