Role Overview
The IT Manager will be responsible for managing comprehensive EDP and ERP support tasks, including the installation of software applications, CRM portal administration, email and website management, as well as ensuring data security and privacy within the home textiles domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain software installations necessary for business operations.
- Manage and update CRM portals to support customer relationship activities.
- Oversee mail system operations to ensure effective communication.
- Maintain and supervise website performance and content.
- Implement measures to safeguard data integrity and confidentiality.
