Job Overview
We seek experienced IT Helpdesk Engineers to deliver frontline technical assistance, promptly resolve IT support requests, and maintain effective user support within an enterprise setting in Doha, Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for providing first-level IT support and troubleshooting to end-users, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical problems and contributing to overall IT service quality.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a closely related discipline is required.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in IT Helpdesk or Technical Support roles.
- Holder of a valid and recognized ITIL certification.
- Proficient in Windows operating systems, Office 365, Active Directory management, and fundamental networking concepts.
- Strong troubleshooting aptitude paired with excellent communication and customer service capabilities.
- Fluency in Arabic is compulsory.
