Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable IT Administrator to join our Rio Rico facility. Collaborating closely with the IT Manager, this role focuses on aligning IT operations with the company's strategic goals. The role requires initiative, flexibility, and a commitment to enhancing IT services and enterprise standards. Reporting to the IT Manager, the candidate must be able to independently manage tasks within a structured organizational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer server, desktop, and virtual IT infrastructures.
- Ensure regular maintenance and updates of software and hardware resources.
- Manage communication networks and internet infrastructure with a focus on system security.
- Advise on IT strategy, budget planning, and emerging technologies to improve data management and company efficiency.
- Lead and support IT projects both special and ongoing.
- Keep current with technological advancements relevant to the industry and company.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of IT support experience within a Microsoft ecosystem, supporting both local and remote users.
- Proficient with Windows workstations, servers, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Comprehensive understanding of LAN/WAN technologies, security protocols, and network architecture.
- Experience with virtual server environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills ensuring effective communication and customer service.
- Demonstrated capacity for driving process enhancements.
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
- Effective time management and organizational skills to satisfy deadlines.
- Professional conduct and demeanor.
- US citizenship or permanent residency required due to ITAR regulations.
- Willingness to work on-site at both Rio Rico, AZ and Nogales, Mexico locations.
