Investor Relations Analyst

About The Role

Intelligentsia Capital is looking to hire an Analyst to join its Investor Relations team and support a rapidly expanding client base. This position involves engaging with diverse clients in an energetic, cooperative, and entrepreneurial environment. Responsibilities include assisting investors, financial advisors, and internal teams by providing support with investments made via iCapital's technology platform. The role also entails collaborating closely with fund sponsors who utilize the platform for distribution purposes. The primary objective of the team is to enhance the client experience and secure their overall success.

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming client and advisor inquiries via phone and email promptly, delivering accurate information while escalating complex issues when necessary to maintain high client satisfaction.
• Support prominent fund managers in their fundraising initiatives by guiding clients through subscription procedures and managing the completion of fund closings, focusing on successful client outcomes.
• Collaborate on special projects directed by senior management to aid iCapital's business goals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Between zero and two years of experience in financial services, ideally within client service or investor relations roles related to alternative investments.
• Strong teamwork abilities demonstrated through cooperative work across various organizational divisions and multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated passion for delivering excellent client service and surpassing expectations.
• Preferred experience working for or with wealth management firms.
• Familiarity with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products and wealth technology platforms is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation capabilities.
• Availability to manage a phone queue during business hours (8:30 AM to 6:00 PM MST).
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range offered for this role is from $60,000 to $70,000 annually. The compensation package includes base salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Work Location and Schedule

This role supports a hybrid working model, requiring presence in the office Monday through Thursday with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
