A global advisory firm is looking for an M&A Associate to join its Frankfurt office. The role is suited to an experienced professional who has already worked on mergers and acquisitions and can support transactions in the tech or industrials space.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of M&A deals from initial stages through completion.
• Carry out financial analysis, valuation work, and due diligence reviews.
• Work closely with senior decision-makers and clients, particularly across the tech and industrials sectors.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and market intelligence research.
• Develop pitch materials, slide decks, and investment memoranda.

Candidate profile

• Professionals with 2 to 4 years of relevant M&A experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or advisory roles.
• Previous exposure to technology or industrials transactions is preferred.
• Strong ability in financial modelling and analytical problem-solving.
• Native-level German and fluent English communication skills are required.
