The Dripped Collection is looking for a precise and experienced Inventory Specialist to join their vibrant team. This role involves managing inventory levels effectively to support smooth supply chain functions and drive the success of the company by meeting customer requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory quantities ensuring a balance that meets customer demand while preventing excess stock or shortages.
• Carry out thorough inventory audits on a regular basis to verify records and promptly address any inconsistencies.
• Work jointly with sales and operations departments to facilitate accurate order handling and timely delivery to clients.
• Analyze inventory data using relevant tools to detect trends, propose enhancements, and optimize stock management.
• Engage with vendors to sustain positive partnerships, manage procurement schedules, and negotiate beneficial procurement terms.
• Constantly review and refine inventory procedures to boost efficiency, decrease expenditures, and uphold quality criteria.
• Contribute to demand forecasting utilizing past data, market insights, and sales forecasts.

Qualifications

• Possess 2 to 3 years of proven experience as an Inventory Specialist or in a comparable capacity.
• Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines.
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Shopify, and other common office software applications.
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
• Residency near the job location is required for convenience.
