Inventory Reporting & Analytics Coordinator

About the Role

This position is for a sharp, detail-driven Inventory Reporting & Analytics Coordinator based in Doha. The focus of the role is to convert inventory data into clear reports, dashboards, and business intelligence that help teams make better decisions across Inventory, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, and Management.

The right candidate will be comfortable working with data, have strong analytical ability, and enjoy turning raw numbers into practical insights. This is not a warehouse operations position; it is centered on reporting, analysis, KPI tracking, and business intelligence for inventory performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Create inventory reports and dashboards on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Update and maintain the executive inventory dashboard with reliable KPI tracking.
• Study inventory performance, stock movement, and broader inventory trends.
• Track inventory turnover, sell-through, stock aging, and overall stock health.
• Deliver reporting support to Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, Website, and Management teams.
• Develop and maintain dashboards in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or comparable tools.
• Check inventory data for accuracy before reports are shared.
• Spot slow-moving, dead, overstocked, and low-stock items.
• Assist with demand planning and replenishment decisions using inventory analysis.
• Prepare performance reports by product, category, and brand.
• Coordinate with the inventory team to raise data quality and improve reporting workflows.
• Find ways to automate reports and make dashboards more efficient.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline is required.

The role expects at least 2 years of experience in reporting, business analytics, inventory analysis, supply chain, finance, or another analytical function. Advanced Excel capability is essential, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, formulas, charts, and data analysis.

Strong problem-solving ability, close attention to detail, and a high level of data accuracy are important. Candidates should also be able to prepare professional reports and dashboards, communicate findings well, and present insights clearly. Experience with Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, ERP systems, or inventory management software will be an advantage. Background in retail, e-commerce, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain is also preferred. Applicants must currently be in Qatar and ready to join immediately.
