About the Role

We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator based at Aerodrome Business Park, Rathcoole, Co. Dublin to manage spare parts inventory efficiently. Reporting to the CCS Engineering Supervisor, this position involves maintaining inventory levels to meet customer service standards while minimizing stock losses. The coordinator will be responsible for ordering, storage, distribution, and control of parts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing goods receipt and addressing discrepancies with suppliers.
  • Performing daily stock transfers to and from the parts store.
  • Conducting stock taking, periodic cycle counts, and bin consolidation for proper storage.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe stock environment through housekeeping duties.
  • Investigating and resolving stock variances in SAP, reporting recurring issues.
  • Weekly reviewing engineer stock differences for invoicing and reporting anomalies.
  • Communicating effectively with internal teams and external customers to resolve queries.
  • Accurately completing documentation and ensuring compliance with SOPs, company policies, and health and safety regulations.
  • Participating in cross-functional teams as needed.
