Role Overview
This full-time, on-site position in Riyadh involves identifying and assessing overseas market potentials, conducting comprehensive market and competitive analyses, and aiding in crafting strategies for market entry and growth. Responsibilities include cultivating relationships with international distributors and partners, preparing business proposals and presentations, and collaborating with departments such as sales, marketing, finance, and operations to implement expansion initiatives. Continuous monitoring of international channel performance, sales data interpretation, and reporting with strategic recommendations to senior management are integral parts of the role. The goal is to boost revenue, enhance brand presence, and establish enduring global partnerships.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in International Business Development and experience in extending products or services to new global markets.
- Skilled in conducting detailed market research encompassing data analysis, competitor evaluations, and consumer insights.
- Exceptional communication proficiency to convey complex information effectively to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proven sales acumen, including negotiation, relationship building, and closing commercial deals.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or similar disciplines; advanced academic qualifications are favorable.
- Prior experience in the FMCG sector or allied industries, especially with international exposure.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with fluency in MS Office and business analysis software.
- Capable of working well within culturally diverse environments and willing to undertake international travel as required.
- Fluent English language skills are essential; knowledge of Arabic or other relevant languages is advantageous.
