Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement communication plans across multiple internal channels like email, newsletters, intranet, digital signage, and all-company meetings.
- Create, revise, and proofread engaging materials aligned with AP Style standards and ensure a consistent company voice.
- Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to develop messaging that supports organizational goals and cultural values.
- Convert complex technical or business information into understandable and engaging communications for employees.
- Support change management efforts by formulating communication frameworks and engagement tools.
- Produce visual content and graphics to bolster communication campaigns.
- Maintain an organized digital content library including images and communication resources.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and tools in internal communications to enhance practices.
- Assist with leadership communications, employee involvement programs, and wider corporate communication projects.
- Effectively manage multiple communication projects ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Public Relations, or related fields.
- Over ten years of experience in corporate or internal communications or agency settings.
- Superior writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong command of AP Style.
- Proven track record in developing content for digital internal channels and employee engagement platforms.
- Expertise in change management communication tactics and best practices.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong relationship-building skills and effective communication with senior leadership and diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with proficient problem-solving and project management abilities.
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint and creating polished presentations.
- Basic design skills for visual communications; familiarity with photo/video editing tools like Adobe Creative Cloud is advantageous.
- Preferred experience with communication software such as Teamwork, Simpplr, ContactMonkey, Canva, or similar.
