Interior Site Supervisor

About the Role

Vella Modular Culture LLP is seeking a Furniture Work Site Supervisor to join their team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This position entails designing and executing functional and visually appealing layouts, selecting suitable materials, managing construction activities, and coordinating effectively with carpenters, civil workers, vendors, and clients. The role offers a monthly gross salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹35,000 and the chance to work on innovative installation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations on-site to ensure smooth progress.
• Understand client needs and serve as the liaison between clients and various internal departments.
• Comprehend technical specifications of the projects and clearly communicate these to team members.
• Provide constructive guidance to boost team motivation and enforce quality standards.
• Define project objectives and supervise the activities until project completion.
• Maintain effective communication with clients to address implementation-related questions.
• Have prior experience working on interior implementations for upscale villas or residential projects preferred.
• Exhibit strong communication skills and coordinate successfully with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Prepare and submit both interim and final project reports to clients and management.

Requirements

• Minimum educational level: Completion of 12th standard.
• Experience ranging from six months to two years in related roles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and strong expertise in site coordination is essential.
